  • For our young riders: our IEA team will be on hand to help with clothing fit and answer questions about show clothes, schooling gear, and more. It is a wonderful chance to outfit your rider for our fall show series at a fraction of the cost of buying new.
  • What you can sell: all equestrian and horse gear, riding clothing, and barn or home decor in new or good used condition. We cannot accept used helmets.
  • You keep 70% of the sale price of everything that sells, and the other 30% supports the team. For anything that does not sell, mark each item Return or Donate.
  • Drop off at the lounge in the top barn any time before 7pm on Thursday, August 27. Put a copy of your printed drop-off sheet in each bag, tote, or bin (you can print it right after you submit). No printer? Just write your phone number on each one. If you bring more than one container, please label them 1 of 3, 2 of 3, and so on.
  • Boots and shoes: box them or zip-tie each pair together so they stay matched, and we will put one tag on the pair.
  • Returns: anything you mark Return will be bagged under your name in the lounge after the sale. Please pick it up by Wednesday, September 2, or it becomes a donation to the team.
Two things that help

Clean, freshly laundered items always sell best.

Everything must be packed inside a bag, tote, or bin, even larger tack like saddles, so it stays with your name and tags. We cannot accept loose items.

MacNair's and the Triangle IEA Foundation is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization (EIN 93-3334072). The funds we raise help us host shows, support our team's travel to Regional, Zone, and National competitions, and provide judging clinics and other educational opportunities for our riders. Anything you donate is tax-deductible, and we will email you an acknowledgment letter listing your donated items after the sale.
